The Lighthouse Window

From the window, you observe a bearded man shuffle around in the dark interior of the lighthouse.
Then, you freeze as you notice a wet, bloody axe by his feet.
From behind you you hear someone yell... "You're alive?! That's impossible!"
and the quickening pace of boot heels on wet sand.
